CNC Machining

We offer four axis CNC machining of all types of materials including steel, stainless, steel, aluminum and plastics. All our machines are programmed via SolidCAM modeling and we incorporate all the latest innovations to give our customers the highest quality at the lowest cost possible.

CNC Routing

We can provide high quality and accurate cutting for a wide range of materials including non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, bronze and copper; composites including carbon fiber and fiberglass; foam and rubber, acrylic and plastics; and wood. In addition, our router has the ability to do 2-1/2 D laser scanning of parts for reverse engineering.

CNC Milling & Turning

Our horizontal milling machinery comes equipped with a fourth axis and fixturing, which offer improved machining and finishing accuracy and reduced set-up time. Precision tolerances of +/- 0.001 inch can be held. With bar feed, secondary spindle, and live tools we can efficiently provide production CNC turning for our customers.

EMD Controls offers a complete range of fabrication capabilities from punching and forming to final finishing and welding.
